Major Redevelopment at Kentucky Oaks Mall
New Burlington opening as part of 7-store redevelopment by Seritage Growth Properties
 

An exciting redevelopment project is introducing a new Burlington store, and more, to Kentucky Oaks Mall in Paducah, Kentucky.  This will be Burlington’s only store within a ninety mile radius of Paducah. Seritage Growth Properties is redeveloping a former Sears department store space to create the new 41,900 square foot Burlington.  It is scheduled to open its doors in time for the 2018 holiday season.  Remaining space from the former department store is being marketed to retailers and restaurants.  The entire project is scheduled for completion in 2019.

Seritage Growth Properties owns, manages, and leases the former Sears building now being redeveloped.   The balance of the Kentucky Oaks Mall Complex is owned, managed, and leased by Ohio-based Cafaro.
